For specialty subs still in Excel, QBO, or Gusto

Turn a weekly payroll export into a Davis-Bacon WH-347.

PayCert maps hours, classifications, cash fringe, and deductions onto a print-ready certified payroll — so controllers are not rebuilding the federal grid by hand the night it is due.

Built for 5–80 person electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and concrete shops on DBRA work that are not yet forced onto LCPtracker. Certified payroll is still due within seven days of payday.

01

The clock is weekly

On Davis-Bacon jobs, certified payroll is due no more than seven days after payday. Spreadsheet archaeology does not scale past the second crew.

02

The grid is unforgiving

Hours, ST/OT, cash-in-lieu fringe, FICA, withholdings, and net pay have to land in WH-347 columns — not in a Gusto register.

03

The suite is overkill

LCPtracker and eComply exist for primes who mandate them. PayCert is for the specialty sub still living in a payroll export.

How it works

Four steps. Then you review and sign.

  1. Step 1

    Enter the job

Project, contract number, location, wage determination, contractor, and the official who will sign the Statement of Compliance.

  2. Step 2

    Upload the template

Drop in the PayCert CSV — the same columns as the sample Northline Electrical payroll. Map Gusto or QBO onto it once.

  3. Step 3

    Check the math

We validate daily hours, rates, cash fringe, itemized deductions, and net wages before anything is printable.

  4. Step 4

    Print the WH-347

A review copy of the payroll grid plus Statement of Compliance. Save as PDF from the browser. You remain the certifier.
